I had a great experience at Eye Love Optometry! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The eye exam was comfortable, and the staff took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was taken care of. The front desk staff were also super nice and helpful. They were even able to adjust my glasses for me, which I really appreciated. Great customer service from start to finish! I definitely recommend Eye Love Optometry and will be coming back.

The service there was amazing the people at the front were really nice and super helpful for assisting new patients. The Optometrist who I forgot his name was cool and kind was really cheerful. The store had a good selection of glasses that I really liked. My two new glasses came two weeks exact as said by the people who worked there. The only downside is they don't except Medi-Cal insurance, but they do an excellent job on a discount for the prescription not for the eye exam. My experiences there was really good and satisfying would recommend.

Doctors make uncomfortable trusting someone makes me even more uncomfortable. When you grow to have respect and trust for a physician you keep returning. Also the staff works to accommodate me even at the last minute. A recent occurrence which I appreciate.

Dr. Hsieh explained the exam results in a very clear manner and it’s one of the best experience I have in the Bay (clean, efficient, modern technology). Staff was attentive and very knowledgeable about insurance policy and quotations.
