Customer Service is excellent. The lady who took care of me , can’t remember her name but she is Asian, was very patient and helped me find the right pair of glasses for me.

Doctors make uncomfortable trusting someone makes me even more uncomfortable. When you grow to have respect and trust for a physician you keep returning. Also the staff works to accommodate me even at the last minute. A recent occurrence which I appreciate.

I had such a great visit here! The entire team was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. They were especially insightful when helping me pick out frames — I actually felt confident choosing a pair because they explained what suited my face shape and style so well. The store itself is spotless and beautifully organized, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling taken care of and excited about my new glasses. Highly recommend!

This place has a wide selection of frames and the optometrist is very thorough and exceptional employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Natalie is very good at picking the right frame for your face. Great team work.

EYE LOVE OPTOMETRY is conveniently located near the Trader Joe’s in Pinole, so parking is fairly easy. I went there to get my metal glasses frames realigned. A very nice technician fixed them on the first try, and refused my offered payment. The store has a pleasant ambience, with plenty of light, seating, and mirrors. It also has a large selection of attractive frames. I highly recommend this business!

I want to gatekeep because they only deserve the best clients. Dr Hsieh provides eye care for my entire family. They also have the best collection of high-quality frames. Aidan has the best style and I always trust their recommendations on lenses. In the past, there was some back and forth on the lenses and fittings but that is normal when you're getting used to progressive lenses. The staff are so helpful too. Don't go there because it will become harder for me to make an appointment 😉

All these 5 star reviews are well deserved! Eyelove Optometry has my heart and business From the moment I walked in, Cathy at the front desk was super friendly and had a great welcoming demeanor. Dr. Hsieh was awesome--very thorough with my eye exam and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense! Alisson was a huge help when it came time to pick out frames. She was so patient and really helped me find a pair that not only fit my face (and budget) but also felt like "me." Everyone made me feel really comfortable, and I left with with so much eagerness to get my glasses. Definitely recommend Eyelove Optometry! The whole team was fantastic!
